What this website collects about you, why, how long we keep it, the cookies it uses, and how to use your rights.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This notice covers the website at vaultornet.com. Our products, VaultorNet Vero and VaultorNet Corso, each have their own privacy notice inside the product.
Who we are
VaultorNet (Vaultornet Private Limited), Defence Colony, New Delhi, India. For anything about your personal data, write to services@vaultornet.com or call +91 97112 21818.
What we collect and why
| When | What we collect | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You send the contact form | Your name, work email, phone number (optional), company, company size, whether you store consumer data, whether vendors store your data, your message (optional), the product you asked about, and your IP address | To reply to you and prepare for the first call |
| You join the newsletter | Your email address, the consent wording you agreed to, and your IP address | To send you one email a month |
| You make a cookie choice | A random consent ID, your choices, the page you were on, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address | To keep a record of what you agreed to |
| You read the blog | Nothing about you. We only count how many times each post is read. | To see which posts are useful |
We use this data because you chose to give it to us, by sending the form, subscribing or making a cookie choice. You can withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing doesn’t affect what we did before.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and newsletter sign-ups while we are in touch with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose, or sooner if you ask. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, reply “unsubscribe” to any of our emails. Cookie-choice records are kept for as long as we need to show what you agreed to.
Who sees it
We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising. It is stored in our website database and our email inbox, both run by our hosting provider, Hostinger. Only our team can see it.
If you click a WhatsApp link, you leave our site for WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
If you book a call on our contact page, the booking calendar is provided by Google Calendar. It loads only after you click “Show available times”, and the details you enter there are handled under Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We only use the ones below. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off unless you allow them.
| Cookie | What it does | Type | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
vn_consent | Remembers your cookie choices, so we don’t ask on every page | Necessary | 180 days |
VNBLOGADMIN | Keeps our own staff signed in while they write blog posts. Only set on the private admin pages, never for visitors. | Necessary | Until the browser is closed |
Analytics and marketing: we don’t use any analytics or marketing cookies at the moment. If we add them, they will only run after you allow them, and we will list them here.
Other services our pages use (no cookies): our fonts come from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when it sends the font files to your browser. Our site icon is served from Hostinger’s content network.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we do with it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- nominate someone to use these rights for you if you can’t; and
- raise a complaint with us about how we handled your data.
Email services@vaultornet.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We’ll confirm we received it and reply as quickly as we can. If you aren’t satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you live in the EU or UK, you have similar rights under the GDPR.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. If we change which cookies we use, we’ll ask for your choice again.
